Managing the production team
Managing the manufacturing process within defined safety and quality standards.
Adherence to Production plan.
Achievement of production budgets, with min. Wastage of raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.
Implement & foster a continuous improvement environment (Design and manufacturing Material Handling systems).
Consolidate the activities of all production supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation for production and responsible for any emergencies that occur at that Plant.
Assist the Plant Manager in preparation of annual budget proposals,
providing assessment and estimates of material, and manpower requirements for the production forecasted.
Implanting and install new machines for splicing and cutting PVC and PU Belts.
Represent production plane, the flow of workpieces through a series of machine, tracking the utilization of the separate machine, operators, materials and other resources by using Microsoft Project.
Create Reports and Charts representing provided by project to identify bottlenecks, optimize the process flow by Using Microsoft Project.
Day to day management of key plant function (Production, Safety, maintenance, Quality Control, Customer Service, plant improvement and training).to achieve monthly production targets.
Ensure the optimization of machinery and equipment usage through directing the actions taken towards minimizing the machinery stoppages and ensure the results of the preventive maintenance plans.
Create The CAM Files For the All Parts By Using CAMWORKS.
Create Process charts and operation sheets for each Part.
Routing Creation, data sheets of manufacturing process for
implementation of ERP System.
Mechanical assets classification.
Gathering and coordinated mechanical data sheet for each conveyors
System.
Establishing maintenance work instruction for Belt conveyors, chain
conveyors, Mobile Conveyors and roller gravity conveyors.
Setup tooling and workpiece on CNC milling machine(Bridgeport, MAZAK, DMG)
Manual programming 2D profiles and drilling operation on HEIDHEAIN control.
