I am an PMP Certified Construction Manager with more than eight years of experience in Dubai directing teams through construction projects from inception through completion. My background lies in overseeing all aspects of construction projects for international clients ranging from the governmental sector to the private sector, to corporates and international franchises. The mentioned aspects include defining and meeting project scopes, budgets, timelines and consistently achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency. My latest project is a $45 Million project for Emirates Flight Catering and ECO Crop One L.L.C.: the world’s largest vertical farming project to be established in Dubai. Kindly note that I am currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Certificate (still at a beginner level) with the aim of acquiring further skills and knowledge about the global business field. I’d like to also add that I am proficient in both English and Arabic languages, and have a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, etc.) as well as various other financial and analytical software. Finally, relevant fields I have an interest in include but are not limited to: Contracts Administration, Advanced Project Management, Scheduling, Microeconomics, Financial Engineering, etc.

o Responsible for the adherence to Safety Standards and Safety Culture among the ranks throughout the company
o Assign tasks and responsibilities to the construction team, manage budgets, and develop work schedules to assure the project’s allocated budget, time, and quality
o Participation in establishing project Base Line Schedule and project budget
o Conduct regular meetings with clients and cross-functional communication with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, completeness of all construction drawings, and compliance with project specifications
o Coordinate with detailers to prepare technical submittals (such as IFCs, Shop Drawings, RFIs, Materials Submittals, Value Engineering proposals...etc.), and obtain approvals from consultants and local authorities
o Review and certify subcontractors and vendors’ invoices
o Audit subcontractors’ and supplier’s credentials and products by
conducting visits to factories and previously completed projects
o Build and sustain good relationships with clients and subcontractors
