I am responsible for creating stunning designs for our company and promote these designs through our social media channels.
Our company is a marketing sponsor for governmental associations'
magazines in UAE such as Emirates Women Police Association, Saaed
Association for Prevention of Traffic Crushers, UAE Contractors' Association
and RAK Chamber of Commerce.
We provide several services for participating companies such as professional designs
in our magazines.
My responsibilities in the company:
Provide professional designs for the participating companies using Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Provide an easy and smart way to archive company data.
Organize employees’ monthly performance by monitoring fingerprint machine
reports and smartly archiving them.
Help the Accounting Department in collecting payments from companies.
Abu Taleb Computer Services Center is a leading organization in helping the
the public in the computer services such as typing, printing, copying, faxing and
online governmental issues located in Ismailia, Egypt.
The center opens from 9 am to 11 pm and we receive orders from clients all the
day.
My responsibilities:
- Manage the center in the morning shift.
- receive orders from clients and schedule these orders
- Distribute tasks to my team.
- Finish tasks that will not take a long time.
- receive customers' complaints and ensure customers satisfaction.
- Ensure that tasks will be finished in a certain time.
My responsibilities:
Receive tasks from my manager and schedule them.
Deal directly with customers and help them.
Cooperate with my team to finish big orders.
Filing ended tasks.
Archive Old files on the computer.
From July 2013, I became responsible for the center's opening and closing.
Report to the manager any customer complaint and help in solving the
problem
