Working as Commercial, Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator in Alruqee Trading & Contracting Co. Ltd, Saudi Arabia (Registered as Saudi Aramco vendor) which deals in supply of all kind of Industrial products and services like industrial Equipment, Machine Tools, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Workshop Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Measuring & Testing Instruments, Industrial Consumables and related technical support and after sales service.

Major Responsibilities
1. Sending enquiries to suppliers and follow-up quotation.
2. Preparation of quotation analysis.
3. Preparation of quotations.
4. Preparation of POs.
5. Prepare payment requests (L/C & TT).
6. Submit shipping documents to clearing broker and follow-up shipment.
7. Preparation of Import Shipment Costing (IS).
8. Open machine files and advise customer(s) the warranty period officially.
9. Invoices/IS send to account every month end.
10. Coordinate with accounts for reconcile various accounts reports/statements.
