Technical Experience and Skills:
• End-to-End Network Performance Assurance (access, core interfaces and protocols)
• Good knowledge of the running protocols over the GSM, GPRS, UMTS and LTE networks.
• CCNA.
• OSS-BSS Solution Experience.
• Preparing application design of Alkan added value solution over monitoring system like WhatsApp versus traditional SMS Analysis, MCA, 3G-2G HO analysis.
• Good knowledge with IP-based networks
Business Experience and Skills:
• Handling Tektronix Network-Management consultation activities in Middle East and Africa region:-
o Actively participate in presales technical engagement with chosen customer and lead the development of technical proposals in line with customers' needs, coordinating with other BU’s/departments as necessary.
o Design of system including hardware and software configuration, estimate of system costs.
o Present technical proposal to the customers with detailed specifications and supporting diagrams.
o Follow up Implementation of customer solution after purchasing step.
o Effectively handle all presales duties such as demo presentations, proof of concept, RFI/RFP and assist in the technical sales process.
o Support sales team in customers meeting and presenting the company’s solutions.
• Handling large and important accounts in Mobile communications area such as Vodafone Egypt, Mobinil Egypt, Almadar Libya and OTE-Globe Greece.
• Participating in business plan of the new accounts targeting each year.
• Comprehensive contacts and relations network.
• Marketing some products especially Network/Service/Customer management systems.
• Reporting on the market and suggesting new techniques to penetrate some market segments and offer new services to some sectors (network/service performance management).
