الاشراف الكامل على جميع اعمال المقاول العام و معاونه المقاول الباطن فى اعماله و الدعم الفنى الكامل لجميع مراحل التنفيذ .
التدقيق و مراجعه اللوحات المقدمه من استشاري المالك (مكتب النيل الاستشاري الهندسي مصر) و عمل المطابقه بين اللوحات المعماريه و الانشائيه لتلافى اى تعديلات مستقبليه .
التواصل بشكل مباشر مع استشاري المالك لنهو الاعمال و تسليمها .
رفع التقارير اليوميه و الاسبوعيه للاداره
متابعه الاعمال و اداره اعمال الموقع الفنيه بشكل كامل
تقديم الدعم الفنى لجهه المقاول العام (جهاز مشروعات الخدمه الوطنية وزاره الدفاع ) .
عمليه ظبط الجوده و مراقبه الاعمال لنهوها بشكل صحيح .
