Responsibility
o Define project needs for schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring in accordance with company procedures and client contract requirements.
o Manage project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas for the determination of criticality of schedule activities and develop alternatives for schedule improvement.
o Supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis activities and timely issue of reports.
o Coordinate and supervise cost and scheduling presentations to company and client management as required.
o Coordinate with all project disciplines to ensure understanding of total project cost budget allowances and targets.
o Work with all project disciplines to manage and the teams understanding of total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities.
o Responsible for total integration of project schedule and reporting activities.
o Manage and direct the obtaining of required cost information for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources, both on and off project. i.e., Tendering.
o Direct the project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting and to ensure the preparation and presentation of the Critical Items Action Report.
o manage and identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance
o Manage in planning, organizing and supervising collection of data and issue of project cost reports and preparation of cost forecasts.
o Interface with project site management and client counterparts for specific planning and scheduling tasks.
o supervise and manage Client payments on cost loaded schedules and subcontractor’s payment
o Monitor and review all aspects of PCD functions on projects to ensure that the quality of the cost engineering and planning/scheduling product is in accordance with the established company procedures and expectations.
o Work with Operations and Tendering in preparing Preliminary Project Execution Plan (PPEP) during the proposal phase and with the Project team in preparing the final PEP immediately after a project is awarded.
o Supervision and follow-up DGJ company for the processing of claims for projects and the preparation of special reports for each project
o Holding workshops between the projects and DGJ to discuss the details of the projects and determine the types of claims
o Supervising the preparation of delay analysis and the related time impact for each project.
o Preparing and discussing initial reports and collecting the necessary documents and legal opinions for different cases to prove the group's eligibility for claims
o Supervising the preparation of final reports supported by documents and legal opinions to be submitted to the owners.
Achievements
o Supervise and manage Project Control Department functions on projects to ensure that the quality of the cost engineering and planning/scheduling products of:-
King Saud University for Health Science- phase II.
Kingdom Tower - Jeddah.
Abraj Kudai - Makkah.
Correction Facilities - Jeddah, Riyadh, Taif and Dammam.
KAP 3 - 610 sites all over the kingdom.
o Obtain the client approval for King Saud University for Health Science- phase II base line schedule.
o Prepare, coordinate, and supervise the meetings with the Ministry of Finance to collect all pending payments and claims for Non Haramain Projects (53 project along with 14 ministries).
o Supervise and manage DGJ to finalize claim reports for 17 projects to be ready for submission
o Perform Cost Analysis and Calculate Variance between Actual & Budget Cost and inform management with variances, then Necessary action to be taken.

o Interrogating inter-discipline schedule requirements / restraints to ensure logical work sequences across all disciplines of the project and co-ordinate the plan formulation across the entire project.
