Job Role & Responsibilities: ⇒ Looking into the quality of work in the site as per ISO 9001:2000.
⇒ Demonstrating abilities in checking the installation of mechanical works as per specified BOQ & MSS.
⇒ Preparing Punch List, MO and NCR.
⇒ Accountable for the Installation, Testing & Commissioning of: o Plumbing fixtures and Equipments.
o Lifts, Fire Fighting System including Pump Room.
o HVAC & BMS System.
o Swimming Pool & Health Clubs.
o Kitchen and Laundry Systems.
o Medical Gas System.
o Monitoring the Welders Performance.
⇒ Witnessing of NDT tests like PT, MPT and reviewing of RT films and reporting.
