The main activates as the following:-
* Implementing and monitoring of all mechanical works at the sites according to the approved
and authorized drawings.
* Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, and all related
works prior to execution.
* Installations of all mechanical systems such as diesel generators, HVAC, Pumps, metal ducts,
cooling towers, AHU, FCs, CU…etc.
* Controlling in capitals expenditure according to forecast and reported it to the engineering
manager.
* Follow up the contractors progress according to the project timeline and coordinates between
the contractor and the other department.
* Ensuring that the project is completed safety, in time with budget, and specifications.
* Resolving potential engineering issues on site.
