Budgeting: Oversees all aspects of the financial operation, including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and forecasting financial performance.
Sales: Oversees all aspects of the sales operation, including setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and hiring and training sales staff.
Service: Oversees all aspects of the service operation, including setting service goals, developing service strategies, and hiring and training service technicians.
Parts: Oversees all aspects of the parts operation, including setting parts goals, developing parts strategies, and Monitoring stock in inventory.
Staffing: Hires and trains employees, supervises employee performance, and implements employee development programs.
Operations: Manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including ensuring that all departments are working together efficiently and that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, trucks and light vehicles used in port operations. This includes cranes, forklifts, container handlers, and other equipment.
The Graduation project was in Petroleum pipeline maintenance and finding an oriented solution to protect the pipe from rusting or damage due to aging, environment, and chemical factors. The project was implemented through the Sudanese Petroleum Pipelines Company (SPPC). The project has gone through a different type of maintenance as follows:
• Cathodic Protection.
• Pipe spiral wrap method (corrective)
• Pig inside cleaner (preventive)
• Hot tapping and plugging (emergency)
• Ultrasonic inspection (preventive)
Five years of studying Mechanical Engineering , my graduated project was in petroleum pipelines maintenance that discussing and improving the method of maintenance.
