- Manage and operate facilities and maintenance services for campus of university and buildings of city and researches centers
- Lead and manage MEP changes in the facilities. That includes reviewing designs and follow up work progress and introduce offers for client.

- Manage and monitor all activities related to suppliers, service providers and subcontractors to introduce the best service to my client with suitable budget.
- Support our finance and procurement team in issues related to invoices and contracts.
- Manage and operate facilities services for one head office and two branches at CIB bank.
- Asset management; review monthly and annual preventative maintenance schedules and monitor execution.

- Manage and supervise creating and executing programs of maintenance plans(breakdown maintenance, periodic maintenance plans, preventive maintenance plans and predictive maintenance plans) for equipments and machines with my staff.

- Manage and control the spare parts with SAP systems and good ability to build up and control very effective maintenance store.
- Deal with CMMS program to manage all maintenance activities and organize all types of maintenance plans.

- Handle and continuous improvement for KPI’s and tough targets for maintenance department.

- Execute and monitor applying 5S rules inside my department and all EHS rules and requirements and all related documents.

- Plan and review maintenance plans for all utilities like generators, compressors, ventilation system, air conditions and HVAC system, painting, wooden works, …….etc.
- Follow up the purchasing process for needed spare parts and materials for maintenance department and put target for annual budget of maintenance department.
- Plan the needed equipments and personnel at the beginning of every new project.
- Continuous Improvement for activities and personnel by making modification for work instructions which are applied in the company and also try to make motivation for the best member in my team monthly.
- Share daily meeting with top management to discuss our daily problems and the suggested solutions.

MICROCONTROLLER ( construction & programming )and other control applications programs by using ( HC05, J1A, C8A, B16 ). Intensive study of some modern control and monitoring systems like:- SCADA technology which controls and monitors data transfer through large facilities I .e ( gas & oil fields ,electric transmission networks , etc) . DDC technology which performs control functions on line with facilities. DCS technology which controls and measures process variables through distributed control rooms in hierarchical levels. Electrical Machines & Practical Devices like :- ( switches, motors, motor starters, contactors, relays, overload relays, pumps, solenoids, stepper motors,...etc ) .
