Main Purpose:
Ensure availability of imported products to meet different markets’ demand to meet company OP
agenda at the lowest cost & best customer service level.
Main Accountability:
Customer Service:
• Ensure smooth running of end-to-end processes to achieve high levels of Customer Service at optimal costs.
• Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives:
- ICCFOT (Inter Company Case Fill on Time) for both Customers & Sourcing Units
- Working Capital (Stock) reduction for Imported SKUs
- Establish and maintain the relationship with all customers & relevant Sourcing Units
• Ensure Demand-Supply reconciliation and address Demand-Supply gaps.
Customer Service Management:
• To establish and sustain collaborative/productive relationship with Unilever Customers
• Establish and maintain Customer Service Agreements with Sourcing Units
• Customer/ market visits as per agreed plan
• Responsible for ICCFOT improvements and continuous reduction of supply losses
• Review processes of Order Planning and Execution to ensure smooth running and continuous
improvement on innovation SKU.
• Manage Transportation and logistics for all customers, from stocks allocation to shipment
arrangement
• Minimize logistics costs for import and storage costs. Monitor and control actual costs against plan
Financial Management:
• Receive transfer price and advice landed prices to all internal customers.
• Review price movements with all Sourcing Units
• Support in timely payment to customers on items imported, working within the agreed SLA. Review overdue.
Resolve disputes:
• Timely and accurate reporting of inventory on all imported and innovation SKUs to prevent Business Waste.
• Ensure appropriate stock provisions are made in books for slobs. Ensure timely initiation of disposals to minimize losses.
- Constructing Monthly MPS’s in S&OP Cycles, while optimizing the implementation of over EGP 4 Billion worth projects in 2014/2015/2016 with minimal effect on demand fulfillment
- Breaking down monthly production plans into weekly MPS’s for 82 SKUs, including promotions & phase-in/phase-out plans
- Managing risks of milk supply uncertainty, while optimizing production costs, OEE & inventory levels
- Coordinating with MRP, DP, DRP, Marketing, Production, Processing, Maintenance & Projects teams, to challenge constraints for constructing weekly, monthly & yearly MPS’s
