Job description:
• Responsible of Maintenance for the Architecture Elements in the Library Complex.
• Responsible of new constructions, Modifications, preparing of the events and exhibitions to be held at the Library Complex.
• Preparing of Architectural Proposals for the new Extensions, modifications and new buildings.
• Establish the responsibility of planned maintenance/predicative maintenance plan execution through launching a maintenance planning system (CMMS).

• Improved the Customer Service and stoppage of the long shutdown of the halls for long term maintenance to zero events.
• Finalize of all water leakages damages in the complex which was permanent problem in the complex specially in the critical areas like electrical rooms under the water pools.
• Coordinating/participating with the Procurement Department to finalize 2 maintenance contracts with third party maintenance service providers, which resulted in an increase in the maintenance quality of the service by 10% and cost reduction by 25%.
