For almost last 10 years i worked in HR field for all different positions such as HR officer- admin services - HR services - governments relation officer with good skills and very good knowledge of QATAR labor law and most of other government departments that related of food services such as ( CR, municipality licenses, staff legal documents, food handler health certificates and all other related document also I do all office documents work for contracts, letters, solve the problems of employees based on QATAR law, contacts with human resources offices in or out of QATAR, finishing all paper works with embassies in QATAR, and more different works with relation of HR dept.In Qatar with Roles in Below:
• To process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of Labor, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
• Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. in Labor office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations.
• Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, finger prints, medical insurance for all new employees of Company timely.
• Coordinate employment / visit visas and health cards issuance.
• Timely follow-up on residences renewal, Submit weekly updates to Admin Officer on visa status (with visa tracing system).
• Reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
• Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, civil ID’s, and other important documents.
• Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
Presently I’m working in WALI Fried Chicken Company As HR Admin., HR Services, Government Relation, Filing All Staff Files, Following And Updating For All Legal Documents From All Government Departments, Monthly Payroll, Revisions in salary, Leave Management, Employee Evaluations & Appraisals, Employee requests, Disciplinary / Warning letters, End Of Services And All Other Benefits. Also I Worked At First International For Eng. & Contracting In Same Position, With More Specifications Such As Create New Sister Companies, Commercial Registration, Municipality License, Immigration And More other Workers With More Descriptions That I Believe It Will Match With Job Description.
