Senior Planning Engineer & Delay Analyst
• Preparing of 8, 000 activities Base line schedule of the project using Primavera P6
• Preparation of Extension of Time & Concurrent Delay Claims Using (TIA) Method “Time Impact Analysis”, Window Analysis Method, etc.
• Producing and review of in and out correspondences with consultant, sub-contractors, client.
• Reviewing of the contract agreement and contract documents and producing contractual advices / corrections.
• Attending of various coordination and progress meetings with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultant and client and review of subsequent minutes of meeting.
• Identifying Critical Paths and advising Project Manager for corrective actions.
• Preparing Monthly progress and monthly look ahead program.
• Preparing Schedule updates all over project’s life cycle.
• Preparing Commodity Curves for various activities.
• Supervising documents control and submissions.
• Resources, manpower and cash flow preparation and updating.
• Preparing recovery plan, revised programs if required.
• Monitoring & supervision on sub contractor’s packages.
• Identifying Possible Positive and Negative Risks and report it to Project Director
• Monitoring project’s events and advise of corrective actions
• Coordinating between Planning and Technical Dept. to avoid submission conflicts.
