Enova is a joint venture formed in 2002 between Majid Al Futtaim Ventures and Veolia that provides energy and
multi-technical services for a wide portfolio of clients in the residential, commercial, industrial, public and healthcare
sectors.
* Serve as point person for senior management on all human capital and recruitment needs across talent acquisition
in 7 countries; develop key understanding of business strategy covering Technical and Support Services in the
MENA region.
* Implemented an ATS system for recruiting efforts and assisted in the development of an onboarding and
orientation process; digitized the recruitment process from new hire request to offer generation to become
entirely paperless and seamless.
* Initiated a successful Happiness Committee to boost employment engagement and retention; lead initiatives to
attract talent via job fairs, internal recruitment programs and outbound outreach; ensure all policies are in
compliance with local regulations.
* Oversee project mobilizations and demobilizations; collaborated in the restructuring of the Finance Department.
Recruitment & Emiratization Specialist
QCC is a governmental entity made up of a council of regulators with a mandate to ensure support of quality
infrastructure.
* Served as primary point of contact with recruitment agencies and consultants to build strong relationships; kept
direct contact with contractors for outsourcing positions and negotiations for the best rate of recruitment supply
and most suitable candidates.
* Handled the full recruitment process for both Corporate and Technical positions; conducted job evaluations,
screening, interviews, reference checks and provided offer communication and onboarding for successful new
hires.
* Developed Recruitment and Emiratization planning related policies, procedures and strategies; achieved the
required percentage of UAE Nationals to be deployed across the organization in line with company’s Emiratization
Plan.
* Advised and assisted all department managers with talent needs and hiring budgets; recommended compensation
plans for new hires and executed all internal
