Tasks and Duties
• Direct reporting to the Managing Director
• Attend on site meetings with the main contractor & project management to discuss and resolve site problems
• Coordinate with consultant in all technical issues
• Revise execution drawing prior to submittal
• Managing different sub-contractors to achieve high progress of works
• Technical coordination with design team to solve site issues
• Building paper work system to achieve adequate work progress
• Manage and coordinate between different company departments and ensure proper team communication
• Assign tasks to team members as per project requirements
• Coordinate with client representative to ensure that changes/variations/additions are understood and approved before implementation
• Ensure project meets internal and client expectation with respect to quality, budget and delivery time lines

included a Reception area and café, a Spa with toilets & lockers, a Female Gym
with toilet and lockers, a Male gym and a Nursery
• Active coordination with main contractor and sub-contractors to push progress of
works
• Attended daily meetings with main contractor to sort site issues and develop
solutions to expedite site works

Nominated from Depa Dubai to Depa Maroc for final handing over of the project to the
client, performed the following:
• Direct reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Depa maroc and Quality Director of
Depa Dubai
• Arrived to project in skeleton phase of villas
• Active coordination between all sub-contractors (Structure, Water proofing, MEP,
Marble, Gypsum ceiling, Painting, Joinery and Landscaping)
• Designed and Developed turning point and efficient water-proofing details to solve
complicated issues caused by the heavy rainy weather of the country to 6 different
types of villas Designs
• Drove and set sequence and work criteria for the Snagging process for 67 Villas with 6
different types
• Supervision on sequence of final works
• Supervision on quality assurance
• Direct coordination with the project client for final handing over of the villas
• Direct coordination with the villas owners for their final comments and handled
maintenance when required
Nominated from Depa Dubai to Depa Egypt for final handing over of the project to the client
and hotel operator, performed the following:

Tallest Man-made Structure in the world
• Responsible for the Fit- Out construction of 44 floors (599 units) in the residential
apartments of the tower
• Coordinate between Fit- Out works and M.E.P works
• Prepare and revise all the drawings related to the floors and mock- up of the
tower
• Report directly to both the Project and Construction Managers on a daily basis
• Monitor and supervise 20 to 50 workers and ensure execution is done correctly
• Prepare paper work required for WIR’s and clearance requests
• Handled responsibilities of the construction manager in his absence
