Working as site project manager engineer at PORT SIAD COMPLEX CULTURAL & ENTRTAINMENT CENTER
With a total cost of 3, 000, 000 L.E (Three Million Egyptian Pounds) Approximately.
Responsible for renovation and refurbishment of shop draw, including the construction of new facilities and expansion for fire system, direct supervision of onsite contractors, and chairing meeting.
 Assisting in coordinating and improving engineering solution in OPERA Port Said CENTER.
 Liaising between both the internal and external stakeholders.
 Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan.
 Reporting project status at progress meetings.
Ensuring all resources (manpower and materials), are provided as per the contractor’s scheduled plan, on time and within budget.
