Developing drawings & variation orders in both SD & DD stages Applying SBC 2024, ICC A117.1, & NFPA regulations to assure building design validity.
Implementing site adaptation changes to prototype projects.
Creating fully parametric Revit families.
Creating BIM Revit model of the project (LOD: 350).
Organizing & printing Sheets per submission.
3d Visualization of design by rendering photo realistic shots for exterior and interior .
Responsible for Coordination with different disciplines to ensure the design validity.

To lead the end-to-end process of 3D scanning and digital documentation of artifacts and
archaeological objects within the FBQ Museum collection, ranging from delicate small-scale items to
large heritage assets, creating precise digital twins for conservation, research, exhibition, and archival
purposes.
Utilized advanced structured light scanners such as Artec SpaceSpider 2 for high-detail small object
capture, and Artec Eva for medium- to large-sized objects.
Execute high-resolution 3D scanning of artifacts using other techniqes like photogrammetry and
gaussian splatting .
Generate true-to-life digital replicas of physical objects, maintaining fidelity in scale, color, and surface
texture.
Ensure that all digital twins meet museum standards for archival, scholarly use, and exhibition (both
physical and virtual).
Coordinate with museum curators and conservators to safely handle fragile artifacts during scanning,
record metadata, including object ID, material, condition, provenance, and scanning parameters.
Evaluate the objects condition and environmental factors before scanning to select the most suitable
technique and avoid damage.
Clean and optimize 3D mesh files (retopology, UV mapping, decimation) for various uses such as virtual
exhibitions, 3D printing, and AR/VR applications.
Train and mentor junior staff or interns on best practices in digital documentation, object handling, and
scanning techniques.

3D Modeling and Visualization: Proficient in using advanced architectural software and tools for 3D
modeling, rendering, and visualization integrated with 3d laser scan technologies then Apply Scan To
BIM work flow.
Conducting thorough site analysis, including assessing archeological significance, environmental
impact, and contextual factors. Ability to incorporate site-specific constraints into architectural designs.

Creating detailed 3D architectural models for printing.
Choosing appropriate materials for 3D printing and CNC that meet design specifications.
Operating 3D printers and CNC machines.
Working closely with architects and designers to integrate digitally fabricated components into larger
scale architectural maquettes.
