• Leading the Warehousing department via monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the transactions and storage of the goods (raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials).
• Ensure all incoming materials are inspected for its conformity with the related purchase orders, free from defects, and deliver the goods for sampling process at QC.
• Manage, train and motivate warehouse keepers & operators to deliver the required tasks that will ensure the team's resources are used effectively and that replenishment work schedules & production plans are met.
• Schedule and Lead the inventory counts, insure maintained labeling & accurate stock transactions as per in the ERP system (SAP) to meet the inventory efficiency targets and avoid any legality issues.
• Assist in coordinating the delivery schedules with the shipping department.
• Monitor staff to ensure that all the work place vehicles, machinery and equipment are operational in efficient and safe
• Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
• Ensure conformity with food safety standards (HACCP), (GMP) and quality management regulations (e.g. ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000, AIB)
• Comply with Environment, Health, Safety and Fire protection regulations.
• Comply with management regulations and other directives and act accordingly.
•Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
•Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
•Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
•Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
•Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required
•Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
•Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
•Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting.
•May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.

•Ensuring that all the materials used are in adherence with the company specifications and according to the FIFO &FEFO standards.
•Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
•Ensuring the adherence of all the Distribution operators & machines to the Quality & hygienic standards and EHS rules.
•Responsible for monitoring the hygienic condition of the Department by hygienic schedule.
•Following up on the product delivery & delivery reports.
•Team leader of the end year stock count.
•Ensuring that there is no materials (RM’s & FP.) are expired in the warehouse by monthly check for the entire warehouse by re-check Schedule for RM & FP Shelf Life.
•Handling & supervising the warehouse logistics activities in coordination with purchasing, production and quality departments to deliver well maintained stocks that will ensure production & quality targets achieved.
•Stock control & food safety understanding and ability to give clear instructions to workers.
•Assist warehouse manager in training for the warehouse staff and other end users for SAP.

•Data Cleansing Coordinator (DCC) Role:
•Responsible for all agreed manual data collections by stream.
•Coordinating data cleansing for assigned data elements - including assigning specific tasks to local data migration support.
•Executing Data Quality checks (in SAP test and production systems).
•Sign-Off cross site master data objects and individual stream master data objects.
•Escalation to local department heads in case of delays of data cleansing and quality.
•Coordinate production schedules to execute manufacturing orders on time .
•Follow up with maintenance failures for equipment and ensure that defects are reported, minimized and repaired.
•Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or raw materials so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently and according to the production plans.
•Coordinate the training of new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards such as safety, security, hygiene, and product quality.
•Prepare production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.
