• Responsible for the health, safety and environmental (HSE) compliance at all karmsolar Facilities
• implements and maintains an environmental health and safety program involving hazard identification evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention, hazardous material/waste management, emergency preparedness, fire/life safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Provides HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.
• Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized according to the EBRB requirement.
• Tracks company health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
• Assists in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions
• Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
• Ensure OHS legal Compliance
• Maintains Chemical Hazardous waste program
• Prepares regulatory agency submissions including but not limited EIA reports, half annually OHS Statistics.
• Maintains a current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations.
• Maintains all necessary training and licensing to function.
Reviewing Managed Services OHS management system & improving plans.
• Reviewing ASP’s compliance.
• Putting hands on ASP’s systems weakness & support in treatment.
• Meetings with the customer
• Building Database for Managed Services’ ASPs.
• Closing Gaps of ASP’s improvement plans.
• Making site visits.
• Putting hands on ASP’s systems weakness & support in treatment.
• Finding new ideas to evolve OHS performance.
• Making management compliance audit on main ASP’s.
• Creating AOP annual operation plan including future vision of improving performance
& culture.
• Making management compliance audit on main ASP’s.
• Creating OHSAS 18001 mini questionnaire for small ASP’s.
• Calculating impact of applying new customer wellbeing standards’ requirements
• Activating management walkthrough visits.
• Updating tracking sheet format to include all actions.
• Develop and follow systems, policies, tools and reports as required by local legislation, government, local authorities Ericsson Group Policies, Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS), Vodafone group policies, HSW 22 and our customers.
• Participate in tendering process and customer meetings where OHS requirements are
prerequisite
• Be the contact point for customers of our company and specific project related to OHS
issues
• Keep our organization informed of OHS policies.
• Assist with periodic inspections and audits of the work area; field operations, Daily
activities.
• Lead all Occupational Health and Safety activities, Identify and report upon unsafe
equipment, working conditions and practices.
• Develop a positive OHS culture by promoting and participating in safety education and employee induction.
Professional, self-driven, disciplined, highly organized with 6 months experience as OHS
engineer;Telecom, Electronics &
QHSE Management experience, combined construction & Telecom experience including: Safety Planning & Program Management
Risk & Hazard Assessments,
Permit, Regulatory & Safety Compliance, KPI, Metrics, Project & Progress Reporting,
Risk Analysis & Mitigation Plans, Certifications & Safety Training
Site Inspections, HSE Audits & Investigations,
Committee and Senior Management Representation
Tap Root & Root Cause Analyses, Suppliers' performance measuring.
Working both “in-house” and “on-site” main duties would include:
Understanding of hydraulic systems both industrial and mobile and with the ability to interpret hydraulic schematics and understand customer requirements
fault find on hydraulic equipment and repair as required
work unsupervised and use own initiative but work well in a team environment
Hydraulic trouble shooting experience
disassembly, inspection, repair and test of mechanical and or hydraulic components
Assist with modifications to hydraulic systems
Main duties would include:
Design and / or assist in the design of hydraulic braking system Components(Rotor, Hub, Pedal Box, Callipers, Hoses )
Technical design and review of hydraulic schematics, drawings and other Engineering documents relative to the design and fabrication of hydraulic braking system Components
Provide documentation necessary to build and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including but not limited to schematics, bills of material, general arrangement drawings, test procedures, etc
Create reports as needed
Work with other members of the hydraulic fabrication group in a team oriented environment
Produce drawing documentation schematics, general arrangement drawings and test reports utilizing Solidworks, Matlab, Automation Studio and Excel
Evaluate product data and design To Meet with FSAE Rules
Aid in the selection of materials for the products.
Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget
