• Responsible for the health, safety and environmental (HSE) compliance at all karmsolar Facilities
• implements and maintains an environmental health and safety program involving hazard identification evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention, hazardous material/waste management, emergency preparedness, fire/life safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Provides HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.
• Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized according to the EBRB requirement.
• Tracks company health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
• Assists in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions
• Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.

• Prepares regulatory agency submissions including but not limited EIA reports, half annually OHS Statistics.

Working both “in-house” and “on-site” main duties would include:
 Understanding of hydraulic systems both industrial and mobile and with the ability to interpret hydraulic schematics and understand customer requirements
 fault find on hydraulic equipment and repair as required
 work unsupervised and use own initiative but work well in a team environment
 Hydraulic trouble shooting experience
 disassembly, inspection, repair and test of mechanical and or hydraulic components
 Assist with modifications to hydraulic systems

Main duties would include:
 Design and / or assist in the design of hydraulic braking system Components(Rotor, Hub, Pedal Box, Callipers, Hoses )
 Technical design and review of hydraulic schematics, drawings and other Engineering documents relative to the design and fabrication of hydraulic braking system Components
 Provide documentation necessary to build and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including but not limited to schematics, bills of material, general arrangement drawings, test procedures, etc
 Create reports as needed
 Work with other members of the hydraulic fabrication group in a team oriented environment
 Produce drawing documentation schematics, general arrangement drawings and test reports utilizing Solidworks, Matlab, Automation Studio and Excel
 Evaluate product data and design To Meet with FSAE Rules
 Aid in the selection of materials for the products.
 Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget
