6-issuing non-conformity reports (NCR’s) and controlling corrective action.
7- co-ordinate with project manager to determine any defects in quality process also key performance indicators KPI’s.
8- Review method of statement for all activities.
9- Writing business reports.
10- Any claims will be reported to project manager (good experience).
11- Supervision all quality management system (QMS).
12- Inspection for steel structure preparation & coating & painting as per specification of the project and standards.
the project is badr substation 500/220/22kv with ALSTOM GRID(CLIENT) and career description as follows:-
1- preparing daily inspection plan for all activities .
2- preparing inspection request log .
3- testing for all materials as specs said and according to ASTM .
4- preparing method of statements and execution plan for any activity.
5- preparing material submittal for approval .
6- daily inspection for all activities and works with the requirements of ASTM, ACI, EC, BS CODES.
7- co-ordinate with project manager to determine any defects in implementation process.
1- supervision for all civil works and daily inspection for all activities before submitting to the client.
2- preparing daily inspection plan .
3- evaluate the performance of subcontractors.
4-inspection for materials .
