Developed and taught an elective for the Business Analytics STEM path at school. The problem-solving course had qualitative and quantitative elements, it included logic trees, design thinking, cost-benefit analysis, scenario planning, strategic positioning matrices, correlations, multiple regressions, Monte Carlo simulations, focus groups, project and performance management.
Led international project teams from US, UK, and Italy developing technical and business plans for clients in construction, food and agriculture, and aquaculture.
· Secured two contracts for clients in greenhouse and shrimp aquaculture which successfully granted a megaproject of 247 acres: each project worth USD160M.
· Coordinated a PMO during a shared services establishment project for a group of specialized construction companies.
· Developed a business case, an operating model and a bidding document for a national food commodity terminal worth USD 440M.
· Managed an operating lease automotive company for a client for 1 year, overseeing 3 government contracts with a total investment of USD1.5M.
Reviewed and edited training materials to meet client requirements. Met with clients and advised them on employee turnover reduction and capacity building.
· Designed a professional development program for K-12 students, preparing them for the job market upon graduation.
Designed and implemented action plans for recruitment and sourcing. Provided summary reports on meetings conducted with potential employers and candidates.
· Analyzed resumes and shortlisted applicants.
· Arranged and conducted interviews, evaluated and recommended candidates based on their technical qualification and personal skills.
