* Responsible for QC, QA and continuous improvement.

* Manage calibration program of all hand tools, testing equipment and instruments.
* Undertake a leadership role in quality improvement activities and in resolution of quality problems using appropriate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Leading and managing of quality engineers, stuff and technicians in resolution of quality aspects.
* Set and ensure KPIs are met by working to overall plan, including management of resources and report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.

• Job Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Estimation manager and Commercial director.
2. Analyze RFQ / Project Scope requirements; Study and analyze tender documents for both technical and commercial requirements.
3. Providing guidance, direction, assign tasks and Motivating to Subordinates including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
4. Support and guide the Tendering Team members in bid preparation and documentation review prior to management approval, making sure that the tender proposal meets the quality and competitiveness standards required to be successful.
5. Managing and coordinating proposal tools, templates, and processes.
6. Coordinate Project requirements with involved departments such as Engineering, Fabrication, Civil, Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation, quality control & assurance, sub-contractors, procurement and logistics then integrate associated costs into the proposal price and summary sheets.
7. Handling involved departments inquiries and clarifications with client in order to ensure accuracy of project scope cost estimates and quoting.
8. Review and analyze tender documents (Conditions of Contract and customer specifications), highlight needed information and find an optimized solutions concept in order to prepare a competitive bid and quotations.
9. Define or assist in defining manufacturing process steps and sequences of operations.
10. Construct cost estimates of material and manufacturing costs by reviewing functional information, engineering drawings and customer specifications.
11. Work closely with procurement to identify project costs, lead time requirements, and review of suppliers and sub-contractors offers.
12. Coordinate with Planning and scheduling on Internal Resources Planning and other relevant Contractual Issues.
13. Solicit competitive sources (or assist Purchasing) if required for; Purchased Capital Equipment, raw materials and outside services.
14. Improve the proposal costing by simplifying the system design, negotiating with vendors and sourcing for cheaper vendors.
15. Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals that meet customer needs through interpretation of the requirements, technical specifications, bids, contracts and other sales-related documents then deliver them to client.
16. Ensure to meet the deadlines of all tenders/proposals.
17. Support and coordination of sales activities related to development of proposals.
18. Enhanced clear communication channels between operation teams and customers by clearly identifying requirements and quality.
19. Optimized and maintained customer relationships by communicating deviation and processing requires in a timely manner with related parties.
20. Perform other tasks as required and assigned by Management (Customer meetings, Project line-ups, End-User site Visits and projects kick-off meetings).

1. Responsible for extrusion section, automotive section, packing section and tools workshop section in special cables plant in the following products Low voltage, control cables, building wires, flat cables, fire resistance, fire alarm cables, and instrumentation cables;
2. Responsible for documenting the Manufacturing processes forms, records, work instruction and procedures to comply with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 requirements.
3. Directly reports to the production Director;
4. Attending daily production meetings and conducting meeting with sections sub-ordinates to discuss daily production outcomes and set daily objectives.
5. Leads and manage the production section; sets objectives in coordination with the Production Director; provides guidance and support to all section personnel and manages the section’s affairs as per company policies and procedures;
6. Prepare balance score card yearly and action plans monthly in order to attain specified objectives.
7. Prepare section budget regarding to auxiliary production tools and materials, labors salary, recruiting, promoting & motivating, and forecast machines development.
8. Assists in planning and preparation of production schedule/activities for maximizing yields from available resources to meet production objectives at optimal unit cost.
9. Provides instructions to engineers, Supervisors and coordinates with the Process Coordinators to ensure that all production facilities are functioning according to agreed plans and there is effective and efficient integration of resources these includes extrusion (insulation, bedding and sheathing) processes, automotive wire insulation, cables packing (coiling and spooling) and tools workshop.
10. Manages section personnel, with support from the Production Director and HR, as applicable, to ensure employee retention, development, motivation and effective contribution to the department’s objectives.
11. Identifying and Developing training needs for section personnel.
12. Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the production lines in order to adhere with yearly growth demand, moreover perform machines modifications to be suitable for new introduced products.
13. Development and continuous improvement of production processes.
14. Ensures that the section’s production log and other related information is maintained Provides regular feedback / updates on production activities to the Production Director Performs other job related duties as assigned.
15. Leading lean manufacturing requirements Waste management, performance management, Time study, and Work Place organization (5S).
16. Prepare process flowcharts, Process Mapping, Process capability Analysis.
17. Preparing Overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) for all equipments in section.
18. Prepare and revise Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and control plan for each process and maintain its suitability.
19. Assessing processes for their relevance, and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment;
20. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs;
1. Attending commissioning, installation and in job training with machines suppliers commissioners such as Maillefer, Windak, Niehoff and Cortinovis.
2. Monitoring and controlling production in telecom (Fiber and copper), low voltage and special cables.
3. Core responsibility from production processes Wire drawing, Extrusion and assembly.

5. Prepare production reports (daily, weekly and monthly) including productivity, machine breakdown, scrap ratio, production problems and analysis adherence of productivity to production schedule and identify root cause of these problems.
6. Provide manufacturing data such as production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process, monitor and measure progress to target.
7. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
8. Monitor Processes, Materials and reviewing information to detect or assess problems and analysis root cause for them.
9. Providing guidance, direction and Motivating to Subordinates including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
10. Coordinating the Work and Activities of labors, in order to lead them to work together to accomplish tasks.
