Manage commercial program delivery of national FTTH network to Vodafone/Ooredoo Qatar
Drive customer engagement for delivery of innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction in assigned program portfolio.
Manage strategic customer relation to ensure revenue growth & profitability
Accountable of all customer opportunities from first engagement to project delivery providing fiber connectivity for Vodafone/Ooredoo infrastructure, Residential and Enterprise segments.
Facilitate comprehensive offering for large projects working closely with design, delivery, partners and sourcing teams.
Conducted gap analysis between customer requirements and Qnbn capabilities, and assist in designing viable plans and program structures to address issues
Build business cases and assess projects’ financials
Managed overall reactive support program for Africa & Levant customers within service provider and enterprise segment.
Managed large team of diversified skills set including technical and operational profiles across Africa & Levant theater to successfully deliver focused technical support contracts
Responsible for resources allocation, customer SAT, service positioning, service offering, contract/SLA negotiation and customer incident resolution.
Managed delivery of premium support service, FTS covering Cisco main pillars (Security-Data Center-Video-IP MPLS-Collaboration)
Assumed responsibility of Cisco Global Duty Manager for HTTS (High Touch Technical Support)

This includes equipment configuration, cell site integration, transmission links establishing (MDL and HDSL), frequency planning, and new cell/carrier integration and optimization. Utilizing software-planning tools in conjunction with test drive data and site visits to select cell site locations, which will provide coverage consistent with the overall coverage goals
