▶ Implementation of quality management system; ISO 9001, 18001 and 22000 throughout the chicken production chain from Grandparent farm, Parent farm, broiler farm, Slaughterhouse, Feed mill, and hatchery
►Monitoring biosecurity requirments and recommend necessary actions
► Coordinate with managers and staff throughout the company
to ensure that QA system is functioning properly
► Follow-up the quality standards to maintain quality at
different operational level
►Responsible for the external communication with Egyptian Organisation for Standardization, certification bodies and external labs
► Prepare the annual budget for the quality dept. including lab supplies, human resources, training and certification fees
►Planning and managing the in-process control for Further Processed Products (Fried chicken, Nuggets, Burger, Luncheon, ...ect )
►communicate the live birds quality issues with the broiler farms and veterinary Dept.
► monitoring the cold chain through the production, storage and distribution
► Using quality tools such as benchmarking, Parito analysis, fish bone diagram
and process mapping for quality improvement and decision making
►Cross checking on the overall ongoing quality control operation process, starting from live birds and other raw materials until finished product
►monitoring the level of adherence to quality and hygiene standards at every stage of processing and warehousing
►Managing and leading the microbiological Lab.
►GMP and personnel hygiene training
►Ensure all quality (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and safety regulation are in place, monitored and Followed by corrective action when needed
►Coordinate with managers and staff throughout the company to ensure that QA system is functioning properly
►Follow-up of non-conforming reports and corrective actions

► Environmental control of the production area
