Working as Team Leader Responsible for Designer who are working under my supervision
Our team Working on Creating a new Campaigns with Creative ideas to be Unique at Social Media World.
Rebranding for all Hospitals and clinics that belong to the group.
Responsible for Identity and Branding based on Guide lines .
- Working with Creative team " Designers and marketing team " Responsible for :
- Create campaigns for Medical Departments like " Cardiology, Orthopedic, PICU, NICU, ... etc.
- Create compelling visual solutions that engage with patient and audience.
- Translate complex ideas and processes into cohesive and compelling graphic design pieces across a diverse range of projects and subjects.
- Employ creative problem solving to develop detailed concepts and processes into refined, comprehensive design solutions.
- Host creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines and communicate with client.
- Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning.
- Pitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to internal clients.
- Participate in client calls and meetings.
- Amend final designs to incorporate client’s comments and gain full approval.
- Manage simultaneous projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time.
- Working on many illustration projects and creating a full characters based on real people
- Understanding and developing creative advertising techniques.
- Participating in the preparations and exclusions of media plans and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with the marketing department and support campaigns with design solutions.
- Studying, understanding and acknowledging the basic foundation of advertising methods.
- Designing print and digital materials such as project pages, brochures, Packaging and Outdoors.
- Attends scheduled business meeting, i would deliver all work ahead of schedule and my honesty made billing a pleasure.
- I have been responsible for include illustrations, invitations, newsletters, reports and posters/displays, taking the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs.
- Amending final designs to clients’ comments and gaining full approval. I was contributing creative ideas during corporate brainstorming sessions.
- Ability to create visual concepts, by using computer programs, communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
- perfect in combining hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustration, refining designs with illustration software, using various colors, graphics and effects to better convey each concept.
