Managing & Supporting Orange infrastructure in Active Directory 2008/2012, Exchange 2007/2010/2013.
Handling all IT operations for Active Directory & Exchange on a large scale with over 12, 000+ AD objects & 9, 000+ mailboxes.
Participation in Exchange organization migration project from Exch 2007 to Exch 2013.

Managing PHD IT Infrastructure for network, security, SAN storage (HP MSA2000 & IBM V7000), SAN switches fabric, virtualization on VMware ESXi v6 with vCenter, backup solution on HP DPv9 & HP StoreOnce 2900, Internet connectivity, File and Print services, Active Directory 2008 R2 and email solution Exchange 2010, servers Dell PowerEdge serious & HP Proliant across multiple data centers.

Supporting Mobinil Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 environment with 47 Domain Controllers across 5 physical sites, 4 domains & 2 forests which hold +10000 User/Computer accounts.
Supporting Mobinil Messaging solutions in terms of MS Exchange 2007 servers with more than 8000 mailboxes and 18 servers with high availability by cluster solution, MS Lync 2013, Faxination solution for sending SMS/FAX through Outlook and SMTP clients.
Supporting MS Certificate Authority for issuing internal certificates.
Involved in Active Directory migration project between 2 forests, which include migrating users/computer objects, replacing & introducing new DCs 2012 instead of 2003.
Supporting all the MENA Operations for DE/DP software, assist with the rollout of Dimensions (CATI, CAPI, online) across the region, support and build CATI centers in Egypt, provide VoIP and dialer solutions for CATI offshore, manage software licensing for Operations platforms and solutions, assist with any new global operations solutions for data collection.
•Managing IT department in 3 countries (Egypt, Algeria & UAE).
•Managing 22 Servers across these 3 countries.
•Responsible for IT budget plan for Egypt & Algeria with coordination with the local top management and region IT director to cover all major needs for IT departments.
•Managing & Supporting Windows 2003 / 2008 Environment.
•Managing TCP/IP Subnet & Telecommunications.
•Managing and supporting Network Infrastructure (Switches Cisco, 3Com & Cabling).
