• Define the scope and priorities for developing, deploying and/or improving data management standards, policies, and processes to enhance the quality and completeness of the organization’s data.
• Work with IT Governance management, and the business units to oversee their enforcement.
• Define key risk indicators for data management and ensure compliance with data related policies, roles and responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain overall accountability for the Company’s Data Governance program, inclusive of communication, stakeholder involvement, metrics and reporting, working group activities, conveying business value recognized through governance-facilitated activities.
• Ensure the Bank’s data governance goals and objectives are clearly understood by data producers, data consumers and technology enablers.
• Drive impact analysis for data-related issues to understand the risk to the organization and serve as conduit between business units and Technology to successfully execute remediation plans.
• Work closely with Architect team to ensure changes are appropriately synchronized with the metadata strategy and logical data model.
• Drive development and monitoring of data quality and exception reporting across key data focus areas.
• Ensure appropriate responsibility and ownership for remediation is established.
• Perform management of the availability, usability, integrity and security of data employed in the organization.
• Establish data governance program including governing council, a defined framework, and a plan to be executed within that framework.
• Develop data management practices independently across various businesses and technology units at the Bank, the Data Governance aims to bring consistency and alignment of the shared enterprise data to be managed and monitored centrally for the benefit of all users.

● Collect and transfer data that can be analyzed and disseminated to drive business strategy and decision-making in customer’s domains.
● Oversee the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision-making and ad hoc analysis
and insight generation.
● Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executive teams to develop meaningful metrics and measures to improve business processes and practices.
● Supervising and cultivating company's Open Source portfolio, including NonStop Hadoop,
Subversion, HBase, and next generation Exabyte-scale distributed file system.
● Actively participating and closely working with the Chief Product Officer on business and
strategic decision making, focusing on on adopting and collaboration with Free and
Open-Source Software projects. Helping to adapt company strategy to the changing
technological landscape of Bigdata.
● Deliver projects at any stage of the implementation from designing a
complete BI/DW solution to fine tuning an existing data warehouse.
● Obtain data from multiple data sources and producing dashboards and
relational/dimensional databases that can be used to drive decision making.
• Customer segmentation & profiling for Marketing providing an insight into customer
demographics and behavior.
• Creating DASHBOARDS for upper management giving complete view of revenue
impact and customer loyalty and Churners.
• Designing and deploying business intelligence models jointly with IT and secure
timely actionable outputs.
• Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for micro campaign opportunity tapping.
• Translating business requirements into an actionable reporting/data repository implementations.
• Provide Market Intelligence analysis and insight into products & services / platforms offered
or used by the competition in an effort to assess their relative strengths and weaknesses.

- Participates in functional and integration testing.
- Organize and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the business users and Solutions team to ensure all scenarios are conducted and results properly documented.
- Document test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing.
- Contributes with the business user to define test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing.
- Design proper testing methodology and develop tests scripts in partnership with the key business users.
- Coordinates and follows up on project related tasks across the business users.

As Database Administrator:
• Creating and maintaining all databases required for development, testing and production usage.
• Performing the capacity planning required to create and maintaining the databases.
• Performing ongoing tuning of the database instances.
• Installing new versions of the database and its tools and any other tools
that access the database.
• Plans and implements backup and recovery of the database.
• Create new database users as required.
As Linux System Administrator:
• Installing, maintaining and monitoring a system of highly available servers.
• Increasing the system capacity and performance.
• Designing and supporting the network infrastructure including firewalls
and load balancers.
• Providing security and stability to the system.
