• Define the scope and priorities for developing, deploying and/or improving data management standards, policies, and processes to enhance the quality and completeness of the organization’s data.
• Work with IT Governance management, and the business units to oversee their enforcement.
• Define key risk indicators for data management and ensure compliance with data related policies, roles and responsibilities and standards.

● Actively participating and closely working with the Chief Product Officer on business and
strategic decision making, focusing on on adopting and collaboration with Free and
Open-Source Software projects. Helping to adapt company strategy to the changing
technological landscape of Bigdata.
● Deliver projects at any stage of the implementation from designing a 
complete BI/DW solution to fine tuning an existing data warehouse.
● Obtain data from multiple data sources and producing dashboards and 
relational/dimensional databases that can be used to drive decision making.

• Customer segmentation & profiling for Marketing providing an insight into customer
demographics and behavior.
• Creating DASHBOARDS for upper management giving complete view of revenue
impact and customer loyalty and Churners.
• Designing and deploying business intelligence models jointly with IT and secure
timely actionable outputs.
• Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for micro campaign opportunity tapping.
• Translating business requirements into an actionable reporting/data repository implementations.
• Provide Market Intelligence analysis and insight into products & services / platforms offered
or used by the competition in an effort to assess their relative strengths and weaknesses.

- Participates in functional and integration testing.
- Organize and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the business users and Solutions team to ensure all scenarios are conducted and results properly documented.
- Document test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing.
- Contributes with the business user to define test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing.
- Design proper testing methodology and develop tests scripts in partnership with the key business users.
- Coordinates and follows up on project related tasks across the business users.

As Database Administrator:
• Creating and maintaining all databases required for development, testing and production usage.
• Performing the capacity planning required to create and maintaining the databases.
• Performing ongoing tuning of the database instances.
• Installing new versions of the database and its tools and any other tools
that access the database.
• Plans and implements backup and recovery of the database.
• Create new database users as required.
As Linux System Administrator:
• Installing, maintaining and monitoring a system of highly available servers.
• Increasing the system capacity and performance.
• Designing and supporting the network infrastructure including firewalls
and load balancers.
• Providing security and stability to the system.
