* Responsible for providing the expert technical review on renewable power project assignments. * Lead technical due diligence activities including review of technology, design, execution plans, O&M
and performance metrics, project capital costs, and contracts.
* Analyze customers' current/future electrical usage and design a system based on data collected to ensure the system comply with the standards of sustainability and improve energy efficiency.
* Coordinate with designated project manager to determine status of your customer's projects and
design systems for industries and commercial buildings using a consultative approach based on energy Audits & management.
* Present the benefit of solar to users, and close deals on basis of value increase, ROI, Rebates, Customer owned systems vs. Lease/PPA options, Sale and Push value of products.
* Lead developing of robust and scalable residential, commercial, and industrial solar energy system, direct end-to-end solar PV on- and off-grid projects from inception through implementation.
* Coordinate, guide, and train technical team of 5 to 7 staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
* Gather and prioritize requirements, develop specifications, define scope and schedule, facilitate testing and support, and ensure compliance with established regulations and project specifications.
* Liaise between business stakeholders, end-users, and technology team to ensure exceptional support during project initiation, installation, testing, and system commissioning.
* Design and develop system architecture for high performance asynchronous requests processing.
* Prepare electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and connection diagrams with CAD software.
* Facilitate and deliver technical product presentations to customers and investors.

* Successfully introduced a marketing proposal for on-grid solar projects and to build a tendering team, resulting in over 2 times increase in company projects.
* Assessed and revised operational procedures with an emphasis on time management and resource efficiency, resulting in a 30% cost saving.
* Reduced potential cost risks building future problem scenarios and troubleshooting the concerns and queries raised by project sales engineers, retailers and distributors.
* Maintained and troubleshot mission-critical issues with power and distribution products including circuit breakers, enclosures, busway and dry type transformers.
* Liaised cross-functionally between technical, sales, and marketing departments to improve pre-sale solution design, preset products and systems, and successfully grow leads into actual customers.
* Developed bills of materials, quotations and material submission on wiring devices, cables, and power, and leveraged distribution.
