Duties:
- Lead team collaboration with hospital directors, management, and key stakeholders to reach design decisions for a cloud-based EHR system implementation.
- Meet with stakeholders for workflow definition, and requirements gathering. Document technical specifications (Gap-fit analysis).
- Perform project management activities for status meetings, weekly reports, identification/tracking of issues and risks, as well as, go-live readiness.
- Lead kickoff meetings and present data collection workbooks and made assignments with deadlines to hospital leaders, and stakeholders.
- Lead the Revenue cycle management RCM implementation.
- Collaborate with the integration team in integrating 3rd party systems (PACS (HL7), Cardiology (HL7), Oncology (HL7), Laboratory analyzers (ASTM)) defining their workflow.
- Present at EMR go-live working with troubleshooting issues in the command center, on the different units as well as training nursing and physician staff.
- Produce data and analysis for multiple departments to assist in decision making including Create dashboards, KPIs, and functional reports.
- Visit users to obtain direct feedback from them about our solutions and their level of satisfaction.

Duties:
- Plan, organize and coordinate EMR implementations for hospital doctors, nursing and clinical ancillary departments and participated in project workgroups and meetings for system implementation.

Duties:
- Conducted classroom training for outpatient, inpatient staff and patient administration services (PAS).
- Provided follow-up to confirm users were using the product correctly and understood the product functionality.
- Act as the focal point for Level 2 and 3 support in day-to-day production issues, maintaining documentation in the tracking systems while adhering to prescribe escalation & change control procedures.
- Reviewed EMR issues and provided solutions.
- Coordinate and implement additional functionality and perform software updates.
- Perform testing of new releases of EMR by working with developers and developing an advanced knowledge of the new features.
