Process Modelling Lead
The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project is one of the largest transformation projects in the region ($20 +
Millions), the project aim to modernise and establish a unified business processes throughout the municipal system in
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the western region My leading role in the BPR involves:
Advising on the overall process architecture for the municipal process (1800+ in total)
Leading the processes modelling team
Coordinate the activities of all process owners and executive directors
Critically review and assess the municipalities various strategic plans including the AS-IS processes and levels
of readiness
Managing various tasks associated with process maps such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work
instructions, RACI and improvement opportunities, training and change management support
Liaising with auditing specialists to ensure all processes are in compliance with EFQM and ISO standards

The Knowledge Management Framework (Musharaka) undertaken by the DMA is the largest and first of its kind in the
Middle East aims to support the development and modernisation of the municipal services for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and
the Western Region via an enabling effective knowledge sharing among municipal employee, my consultancy role
involves:
Integrating technology with business and information workstreams
Designing of the Musharaka conceptual technology architecture and advising on systems selection,
procurement and development
Requirements management and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
Designing the overall municipal information taxonomy
Designing KM business processes as part of an organisational blueprint
Forming and managing the technical design authority across the four entities
