Process Modelling Lead
The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project is one of the largest transformation projects in the region ($20 +
Millions), the project aim to modernise and establish a unified business processes throughout the municipal system in
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the western region My leading role in the BPR involves:
 Advising on the overall process architecture for the municipal process (1800+ in total)

 Coordinate the activities of all process owners and executive directors
