-Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-drive the sales process from plan to close.
-Supervise the sales team, conduct periodic performance appraisals, identify and fulfill training needs and provide leadership and motivation to improve teamwork, performance and productivity.

Central & Southern region: Reporting to the owner - leading sales team to build a new business for this new company and opening new areas in the future to covering the kingdom
Key Responsibilities:
Stimulate stores’ sales growth and maximize volume and revenues by using available tools in order to achieve target and KPIs
Responsible of the sales target and KPI’s for the assigned stores, analyze business performance and take prompt corrective action

Coach and lead store managers and store teams, to maximize sales through high standards of operational execution
Lead, coach and train teams to effectively execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards

Highlights:
Jeddah Area: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Western Region, lead a team of 6 Supervisors and 42 sales representatives and managed the Jeddah sales team (October 2018 to March 2018)
Riyadh Area: Started by managing sales and distribution in the western Area of Riyadh region and grew business with headcount increasing to 36 (February 2018 - September 2018)
Southern Region: Successfully increased area of operations by opening new depots in Jazan in February 2017 (started with 5 routes with currently 8 routes), Khamis- Abha in March 2017 (4 routes to 10 routes) and Wadi Al Dawasir in August 2017 (3 routes to 4 routes), achieved 50% coverage of the southern region in 6 months and achieved full coverage of the assigned area by end of January, 2018 with 8 supervisors and 40 salesmen (November 2016 - January 2018)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the business plan and sales strategy to achieve all sales, revenue, profitability, market share and sustainable growth targets for the area.
Coordinate with the marketing team in implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels in the region to achieve sales and growth targets.
Manage direct sales to key accounts ensuring high quality of service to build and sustain productive relations driving enhanced business and revenues.

• Dealt with finalizing and renewal of contracts for installation of vending machines for Pepsi cans and Aquafina products at points of sale as well as all licenses and approvals of municipalities and health department.
• Consistently achieved sales targets and delivered year-on-year growth - 4.4% in 2010 0ver 2009 with 810 vending machines, 3.8% in 2009 over 2008 with 822 vending machines,
• Achieved distribution goals for newly introduced products - Aquafina and Lipton ice tea.
