Responsible for Applying of Quality Control Plan to meet the requirements of the client, managing the staff of engineers & supervisors to achieve the plan, and to help the Quality manager to get all information and critical points to solve it quickly.

- Prepare Inspection requests, Material Inspection requests, Material Approved requests, Method of statements, Submittals of
shop drawings & Tests and survey records.
- Check Approved shop drawings and coordinate with site engineers to carry out the items according to the Specs & SD.
- Make sure to use the approved materials & apply the MOS for all items and site works.
- Check the items according to internal IR and give notes.
- Check the items with the consultant and carry out the comments.
- Provide the Planners and QS with the project progress data.
- Coordinate with the Executive managers to achieve the work plan
- Make the tests on the delivered materials or send it to external labs.
- Follow up the pouring processes, make testing on fresh concrete,
and match the design mix with the delivery.
- Meeting with consultant to discuss the requirements & solve the iss
- Follow up the testing of materials, analyze the test results& summit to the consultant for approval.
- Study the RFIs and apply them to the recent site work.
- Make weekly & monthly reports.
- Follow up the Logs of the projects and arrange the documents with the DCs & provide any missing data.
- Notify the project manager about any issues.

QA/QC Civil Engineer at MIVIDa Project (for EMAAR MISR)
- Responsible for making Inspection requests, Material Inspection

- Follow up the civil work progress with the site engineer.
- Check the site works with the consultant & carry out the IR notes.
- Provide the Planners and QS with the project progress data.

- Test the materials, soil, Fresh Concrete and Asphalt.

Responsible for managing supervisors, subcontractors, surveyors and general workforce, giving technical advises in order to meet the agreed deadline, budget and quality.
• Acting as technical adviser on the construction site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring the material used and work performed as per specs.
• Liaising & follow up all site works and requests for inspection with consultants.
• Check all site levels with surveyors.
• Check all pipe lines installations, levels, sub base & testing.
• Check all Manholes dimensions, levels, insulations & civil work.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety on site.

• Analyzing the tender documents to specify the specifications, bill of quantities and the related drawings for all projects to meet the client requirements.
• Identify options and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with engineering design.
• Estimating the price for the related items by ORGADATA.
• Preparing the quotation for clients.
• Preparing detailed records of the estimate, which included the material cost.
• Attending meetings with clients as a technical support.
