# Responsible for monitoring the progress of work and effective implementation of the Project Management Plan & the Project Management objectives.
# Directing scheduled development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities to ensure that the sequence and logic used is correct for all phases of the project.
# Preparing comprehensive Procurement and Engineering Schedules to develop logic networks based on the critical path.
# Identifying, analyzing and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems.
# Identifying cost trends and schedule impacts for the attention of the management attention.
# Highlighting any deviation and recommending corrective actions
# Advising the Resident Engineer in relation to the evaluation of the recovery plans prepared by the contractor to address project overruns.
# Reviewing the project schedule in light of variation orders in coordination with Management.
# Developing & implementing project monitoring & control instruments.
# Liaise with the Resident Engineer with delays records and disruptions.
# Devise strategies to mitigate its impact on the progress.
