Working in Internet service provider ISP company in Egypt in data communication department which responsible for solving layer 2 Network problems, implement Leased line solution for data and internet connectivity and troubleshooting problems for DSL cards and Dslams .
• Act as second level escalation for all field trouble tickets forwarded by NOC department .
• Document DSL operation.
• Implementation of special projects such as DSL upgrade plans.
• Introduce training for technician’s team regarding network service engineering issues if needed.
