(a) Construction of petro-KEMYA (ABS) plant project.
Reporting to the PM, oversee the HSE Management System, 420 employees,
Plan, execute and direct HSE Management System (MS) for major civil work, earthworks, transmission, commercial and industrial projects within techicas reunidas(TR) and the owner Sabic.

Oversee site health, safety, and environment (HSE) program, ensure government compliance. Maintain inventory safety supply and PPE program budgets.
•Monitor performance levels and implement corrective actions as needed. Investigate and document reportable/recordable incidents.
•Established entire HSE program, and Created new hire orientation and implemented; which led to greater efficiency and safety.
•Achieved 30, 000 consecutive man-hours with zero recordable incidents by introducing safety audit process, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documentation for all procedures.
•Enhanced individual safety compliance through rigorous training and highly effective safety award/rewards program.
•Increased number of preventive maintenance checks to minimize equipment failures.

Plan, execute and direct HSE Management System (MS) for major civil work, earthworks, transmission, commercial and industrial projects within JV (SPIE CAPAG +TR) and the owner MEDGAZ.

Managed and maintained organizational compliance with applicable regulations and statutes as well as company policies and procedures.
•Conducted safety and environmental compliance through inspections, audits, and recordkeeping.
•Conducted the new hire orientation as needed.
•Coordinated and conducted training courses as needed.

•Plan, coordinate, and implement effective HSE (Health Safety and Environment protection) and Cause No Harm policies, procedures, guidelines and practices, in support of the Company’s onshore and offshore activities
•Provide direction and guidance to local operations management, project management teams, field personnel, and subcontractor management, in methods for avoiding job-related illnesses and injuries, and environment, property and equipment damage
• Conduct internal audits and inspections for safe operations and ISM/ISPS Compliance on our fleet of offshore vessels

Reporting to the PM, oversee the HSE Management System for with 5 direct reports, 600 employees,
Plan, execute and direct HSE Management System (MS) for major civil work, structural steel, earthworks, transmission, commercial and industrial projects within TECHNICIANS REUNIDAS (TR) and the owner gas de France ENGIE + SONATRACH

ACCOMPLISHMENTS & CONTRIBUTIONS
Manage and maintained accountability for the HSE performance by hiring, training, and staffing projects with reliable professional personnel.
•Established HSE department goals, objectives, and actively participated as necessary, to support subordinate personnel in achievement of established goals and objectives.

•Carry out Root Cause, SCAT (Systematic Cause Analysis Technique) and Tap Root Investigations; prepare and deliver final reports along with recommendations to management
COMMITTEE & MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATION
•Chair monthly meetings with all members of the HSE Team to review site issues, upcoming HSE initiatives, training programs and areas of risk
•Participate in monthly branch meetings with the Operations Committee to review office maintenance issues, inspections compliance and areas of risk.
REPORTING & COST MANAGEMENT
•Create and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual reports to all concerned parts (e.g. Safety Statistics, KPIs, Lead/Lag Indicators, Near Misses, Inspections, TRIFs)
