perform and carry out the duties and responsibilities for UNHCR under the overall supervision of the Field Medical coordinator and the directives of UNHCR Medical doctors deployees and undertakes the following duties and responsibilities:
-Supervising the health community volunteers on the registration process of the UNHCR Salloum clinic visitors and follow up on the registration logs.
-Collecting the HIS health information system, filled daily by the medical doctors and reporting to the field medical coordinator.
-Coordinates with the field medical coordinator, to form a local network of private cars for referral instead of hiring a fixed contract referral car to Salloum, Matrouh, Alexandria and Cairo hospital settings.
-Organize and schedule the payments of the referral costs to the drivers of the referral private cars network after the approvals by the field medical coordinator and in coordination of the admin finance associate in UNHCR Salloum office.
-Weekly reporting on the referral payments and costs to the field medical coordinator.
-Purchasing the urgent local procurements of medicines and consumables requested by the UNHCR Salloum clinic pharmacist.
-Weekly reporting on the purchasing costs of the urgent local procurements of medicines and consumables to the UNHCR Salloum clinic pharmacist and field medical coordinator.
-Organizing the outreach, health education and outreach activities arranged by the field medical coordinator, medical doctors, psychosocial worker and high nurses for scheduling and coordination with the community service, field and supply colleagues on the logistical, supply needs for the requested activities.
-Reporting the attendance, shift schedules of the medical staff, health volunteers and interns, in coordination with the field medical coordinator.
-Organizing, archiving and updating the medical files in the UNHCR Salloum clinic in Coordination with the field medical coordinator.
-Set a schedule for the screened referrals within related prioritization by UNHCR Medical doctors.
-Process UNHCR Medical doctors filled referral forms of PoCs for the Port authorities, Immigration and Security authorities effective administrative approval.
-Ensure that all required UNHCR medical referral document and land Port authorities authorization documents are fulfilled ahead of arranging the transportation logistics.
-Escort safely the referred PoCs by UNHCR Medical doctors to MoH Salloum, Matrouh, Alexandria Psychiatric hospital and University hospitals and other Cairo hospitals as indicated by UNHCR Medical doctors and with the Field Medical coordinator technical approval by signing and stamping the referral.
-Follow up with the referral hospitals and UNHCR Medical doctors for arranging the return of the admitted PoCs.
-Ensure that a post discharge medical report is being timely issued prior to leaving the referral hospitals for UNHCR Medical doctors reference on all follow up care.
-Report about the referred Persons of concern to UNHCR Medical doctors.
-Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Field Medical coordinator or UNHCR Salloum Head of Offic

-Organizing and controlling the flow of material.
-Compiling the records of the supplies.
-Recording the numbers and the kind of supplies.
-Securing the status of each supply.
-Handling a periodical store inventory for any damages
