Proxies ( Cisco Iron Port, Bluecoat )
Antivirus ( Juniper and Mcafee)
Load balancers ( Alteon and Big IP F5 )
Cloud Security solutions ( Zscaler and Bluecoat )
Troubleshoot All customer network related problems
supporting below technologies
Wan ( ATM, FR, DSL )
LAn ( Switches, Wifi )
VPNS ( Nortel contivity and VPNs on routers )
MPLS Network
Working as CTS2 to take calls from customers IT admins and troubleshoot basic networks problems
report to PTT or escalte to other teams ( Network, Voice, Security, messaging, hosting, , ...etc. )
Working with the below devices
Nortel L2 Switches ( ATM and FR )
Cisco routers and switches
Designing the below Low current systems
Approving shop drawing
Developing specs and BOQs
-Fire Alarm
