* Manage, motivate and develop HSE Team including hiring, training, evaluations, discipline, goal setting and career and personal development.
* Coordinate with Civil Defense Authority in building fire fighting systems and ensure proper training to all involved staff.
* Responsible for building safety system and staff awareness by conducting regular sessions in accordance to company policies and procedures.
* Focal Point for Risk assessment management in coordination with the BG group.
* Sessions for defensive driving to all employees to ensure safety standards are being met in compliance with Government regulations and new traffic law.
* Responsible for accidents prevention, near misses and accidents investigation.
* In charge of company vehicles licensing and renewals.
* Initiated and implemented VDO project (Installation of a driving monitoring system to ensure safety driving measures by employees)
* Audited and updated the safety policies and procedures in compliance with Ministry of Petroleum and British Gas standards.

I served in the Egyptian police forces for 12 good years, through which i worked in the police stations, traffic police, airports security and the state security .
