- Maintain the order flow of all materials and equipment and managing the deliveries process to the projects.
- Provide support to Madrid Logistics dept. (local Business environment, customs regulation and circulars update, Traffic T transportation rules and system, Port facilities and capacity, etc. ).
- Provide leadership support to other departments in the development of transportation pricing requests.
- Preparing strategic plan for the Logistics Unit
- Drive and facilitate activities that improve coordination and communication within the logistics departments throughout the corporation.
- Oversee and ensure all logistics - related operations comply with applicable environmental, health, safety and other regulatory rules and regulations.
- Verification of the implementation of the annual objectives of the logistics HO.

- Evaluate and review the logistics dept., operations business practices, update and develop process documentation, streamline opportunities, and eliminate non-value added activities.

-supervision of customs Clearance crew
-Negotiation & evaluation for the shipping and Navigational liens
-Expedition of the manufacturer and suppliers and sup-suppliers
-Coordinate between the suppliers and all sites regarding the supplies of materials, equipment and tools according to the delivery schedule and time schedule of the projects and providing logistic helps.
-Submit the weekly and monthly status reports for all the Logistics activities.
-Checking the goods on the board of the vessel before off loading to determine the off loading priorities and ensure that the Cranes, Low Beds and Trucks are suitable for the goods.
-Sharing with the site to prepare the heavy lift plan and propose the professional Subcontractors and high quality cranes.
- Onto foundation up to 100 ton
-Participation in the preparation of Tenders studies.
-Negotiation with the suppliers and make the comparison to select the best price and condition. With the required specification.
-Dealing with the insurance company
- Preparing and submittal of the L/C application.
-Negotiation with the customs clearance, inland transportation and shipping company.
-Follow up the material during manufacturing and packing until arrival to destination.
-Follow up of the customs clearance and transportation for the imported materials and equipment up to the sits.
