) As Sales Supervisor in Al Bawardi Tools & Hardware from October2014 till now (Hand Tools, Power Tools, Accessories, Safety Items, Welding Machines, Ladders Scaffolding, Cutting Bending Machines, Threading & Grooving machines) provide sales support / commercial assistance wholesalers / distributors, key accounts, End-users Roles and Responsibilities : QUOTES Processing quotations- coordination with all suppliers check the validity of the model/ find out alternative model with the help of TechSupport. Check the validity of. customer account in system, if it is active or inactive and coordinate with Accounts to activate the same. Revise documents, if required. Coordinate with Technical Support/ Engineering team, Pricing Administrator, Planners, Logistic and Finance. ORDERS: Processing orders with all Suppliers for all product range. Provide sales support / commercial assistance to the customers, wholesalers, End-users. SHIPMENTS: Ensure "SALES" as planned for the month is achieved by: Support Finance team to get forwarder and payment details before delivery date Ensure correct LC/ LC amendments received from customer. Requesting fee and ensuring proper certificates received Coordinate delivery schedules and shipments ensuring all necessary export documentations are sent to customers. FINANCE: Review and reconcile outstanding dues with Customer Account Statement Send Statement of Accounts to customers& follow up for payments.
