Cost Controller Job description

- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports of all factory activities to be presented to Top Management.
- Make annual factory budget with participation with top management and other departments.
- Analyze all variations between budget and actual data with detailed reasons.
- Calculate direct cost, indirect cost and over head cost for each batch record.
- Review all Batch records with all details to check the main causes of the variances between theoretical & standard and actual outputs and make reports with the variances on weekly and monthly basis.
- Compare between sales volume and production volume to calculate the stock variation on monthly basis.
- Create all required modules on system and register all required data for new products “ Bill of material,
material prices, Energy consumption and labor hours “
- Analyze variances between theoretical & actual production hours and analyze stoppage time and impact on production cost and productivity.
- Make reports for non efficient working hours for the machines and calculate the percentage of occupation of capacity of the machines and also for the labor working hours.
- Control the prices of raw material within the limit with Purchasing Manager according to budget and
approve them by top management and see the impact on the cost of products.
- Follow up Energy consumption (Electricity/Water/Gas) to calculate the consumption and compare with budget to check for differences in prices and calculate consumption and cost per product to take in consideration in new budget.
- Control stock efficiency and make adjustments for raw material stocks with all detailed justifications.

Stock Controller Job description

- Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for factory & third party material plan and report for material shortage according to marketing & sales plan “Transfer sales plan to material plan “
- Revise purchasing orders and the “in-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
- Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.
- Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns. This area will include expired, damaged and un-saleable goods.
- Comply with all aspects of the Standard Operating Procedures manual.
- Apply safety instruction all over the company.
- Control all process “ receive & issue “ in raw material and packaging material in Warehouse and make sure that it’s matched with GMP and apply FIFO and FEFO concerning warehouse transactions.
- Handle monthly inventory of raw & packaging material and finished product.
- Finished goods stock control by comparing (Monthly) the production records with the finished product store keeper records.
- Apply and control time management plan and KPI’s for warehouse team.
- Control over consumption of main important raw material to avoid sudden losses.

● Inform about shortage of received materials and make claim for it.
● Provide analysis of monthly and annual inventory and make reports of it.
