Creating the BIM Document standards for the company.
• Creating the Revit template and the family library of the company.
• Standardizing the modelling methodology through the company.
• Creating the workflow of the information exchange manual between the company department.
• Implementing the system and standards in different departments
• Creating the standard workflow using the CDE (Common Data Environment) for the collaboration between the site
and technical office.

- Preparing and supervising the workshop drawing and technical drawing for the project fo ElAlamein Towers LD-01.
- ElAlamein LD-01 contains a Podium built on a land measures 34, 297.2m2. Each Podium contains a Lower Level, an Upper Level and a Mezzanine Level. Above every Podium there is two different types of Towers with different Plans Proposals and floors varies from 19 floors to 32 floors. The Total of the built-up Area for the project is 215, 613.07m2, with a budget of 7 Billion Egyptian Pounds.
- Creating Shop drawing for a residential compound of 98.63 Acres using Revit and Civil 3D (2018)
- The residential compound contains a variety of residential buildings from apartment buildings of 14 Floors to a twin house Villa of 2 Floors and a Clubhouse.

A Master Degree with a title of : BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING AND PROJECT COMPLEXITY The level of information in the detailed design phase in hotel buildings" Buildings are man-made structures used as a shelter. The buildings or Architecture, Engineering, construction (AEC) industry is developing rapidly due to the technology development and new trends. These building developed to be smart buildings that contains great features as systems like building automation, life safety, telecommunications, user systems and facility management systems. These systems add complexity for the building as it has recommendations and requirements to be installed to the building. One of the growing industries in Egypt that is related to the development of the buildings and the new trends is the hotel industry. Tourism is one of the main pillars of the economy in Egypt which is developing rapidly due to the location and monuments located in the country. The main challenges that faces the hotel industry is the lack of coordination and the lack of good design. The hotel projects are classified as fast track project which are required at certain time to make income and within budget to has the best return on investment. BIM is the solution for such complex building types that required to be finished on time and within budget. This new technology and process will facilitate the way to complete the project due to the ease of extracting and exchanging information through its life-cycle. The Aim of this research is to introduce a framework as new comprehensive tool for the BIM that starts from the early design phases of the project to serve the construction phase by a suitable level of information. The scope of this research is the detailed design phase level of development of elements for complex hotel buildings. To Reach this aim and cover the scope, the research is divided into the following chapters: - Chapter 1: the research introduction, questions, aim, objectives, Methodology, hypothesis and research structure. Chapter 2: the relation between the hotel building classifications and project complexity to reach the level of complexity of hotel buildings. Chapter 3: the impact of building information modeling on project phases through the study of the building information modeling execution plan. Chapter 4: creating a frame work by using the building information modeling execution plan in the detailed design phase. Chapter 5: applying the framework on Hilton Kings Ranch as a case study. The expected result of this research is that the BIM technology and process will improve the outcome of the hotel building with better time, better cost and better quality.
