Developing and implementing project control procedures and policies that align with organizational standards.
 Develop and maintain project schedules for PMO, including resource allocation, task sequencing, progress units and critical path analysis for both PMO and client delivery team.
 Reviewing, evaluating construction claims, analysis of delay events, applying time impact analysis techniques and prepare assessment/determination report for five claims including Contractor EOT entitlement, concurrency calculations, compensable/non-compensable delays, and prolongation costs.
 Developing and negotiating settlements or dispute resolutions with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
 Monitor project progress, identify variances from the plan, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
 Updating program online through DGCL P6 for Cloud Connect to use without SSO login URL and connect to DGDA network, as P6 EPPM is hosted in the DGDA network.
 Employ sophisticated data analytics to predict project results, discern patterns aiding strategic project planning.
 Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives. This involves regularly reviewing performance data, providing feedback, and adjusting strategies as necessary and facilitating decision-making processes for project stakeholders.
 Audit subcontractor and suppliers by doing regular factory and workshop visits and prepare visit report concluding fabrication and delivery status.
 Manage risks by following up risk register which is part from weekly reporting to PMO through PMIS/Power BI.
 Conducting root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies or problems, and designing and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency which is part of process improvement.
 Monitor MEP systems precommissioning and commissioning process up to integration process with BMS and fire alarm system.
 Follow up snagging/De-snagging process with supervision consultant.
 Prepare regular reports including Dashboards through project management information system
(PMIS), Management reports, weekly and monthly reports.
 Preparing and follow up for project handing over documentations and evaluate progress
through allocated weights and KPIs.
 Leading change management efforts to ensure that improvements are effectively implemented,
and that the organization's culture supports these changes.
