I have handled issues related to inventory management, Procurement, Standard cost analysis and variance analysis .
Responsibilities:
** Update and review stock count sheets with cost prices.
** Purchase invoices and Managed accounting entries for suppliers.
** Track and Record all internal stock transfers.
** Guides and directs storekeeper on order schedules, shopping lists and deadlines, both internal and external.
** Assist in stock ordering reviews and order placement process (local & overseas).
** Coordinator with Executive Chef for ensure that all recipes are accurately cost for all menu items details.
** Update and maintain receipts into the systems and determine the cost of new dishes on the menu and assist management to determine sales price.
** Responsible for the month end stock take and update of inventory system with accurate count and value.
** Performed variance analysis and cost analysis to understand inefficiencies in systems.
** Worked with other departmental heads to help to find better materials in price as well as quality so I am familiar with most of the supply companies in Kuwait.
** Identified key cost cutting measures and implemented them.
