Ensuring the electrical activities of operation and maintenance, in the midstream and downstream of operating companies, is running according to the international codes. Preparing, reviewing and recommending approval of any technical matters related to electrical work, in the midstream and downstream development projects, and providing technical support for the operation and maintenance. Controlling and monitoring electrical engineering function as required in projects.
Documenting the project according to JV partners and client standards. Reviewing and verifying project documents for completeness and compliance with contract requirements. Preparing periodic (daily and Monthly) progress reports and daily work plans of the project.
Using CAD and other engineering software to create project plans and diagrams. Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical systems. Inspecting the materials with reference documents and testing them in the presence of the client representative. Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.
Participating in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment of medium and low voltage motors, substation and motors control circuits. Testing and maintaining components of the power system and the control circuits. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
