- Revision of all QHSSE Policies, procedures & work instructions.
- Planning for IMS Internal audits and performance reviews, in preparation for Accreditation process and Audits.
- Responsible for attending Project progress meetings, coordination meetings and HSE meetings.
- Revising, evaluating and updating documents of the project's HSSE department management system, these documents include, but are not limited to: HSSE Plan, Risk Register, HSSE Report Templates, safe work systems documents and Emergency Action plan for all company premises and sites.
- Reviewing reports that include but are not limited to: Site Inspection Reports, Corrective Actions Reports, labor accommodation inspection reports, Environmental reports and site safety memorandums as well as site Signage
- Planning and Preparing Toolbox talks and topics as well as Safety startup talks along with HSSE related training sessions.
- Setting up targets and objectives for the QHSSE department and preparing a business action plan on how to achieve these goals.
- Ensuring that the pre-set Safe System of Work is fully comprehended and followed by all site operatives, supervisors and Engineers.
- Monitoring implementations of Corrective actions and assessing risk trends to ensure maximum OHS efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with QCS 2014 and other governing laws, regulations and by carrying out site inspections and performance evaluations and communicating their results to management.
Carrying the duties of deputy HSSE Manager and Sustainability team leader.
• Preparing Documents, such as monthly reports, for GSAS-CM Accreditation process and Audits.
• Attending Project progress, coordination and HSE meetings.

• Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site.
• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent and prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
• Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.
• Checking and commenting on contractors/subcontractors’ safety plans.
• Preparing and filing reports to management and client.
• Assist in applying the OHS procedures.
• Preparing and leading training sessions for safety officers and site engineers.
• Preparing and Providing Weekly toolbox talks for workers, supervisors and site engineers.
• Responsible for monitoring and assigning tasks to suppliers in supporting the company’s safety initiatives. • Assessing the training requirements for the site operatives to ensure the competency of the workers.
• Performing evaluations for the safety processes and provide recommendations in areas in need of improvement.

• In charge of orchestrating the department responsible for the After sales services of our product, from installation to servicing and periodically maintaining these very sensitive equipment besides handling all clients’ requests.
• Responsible for developing awareness among employees about the necessity of safety programmed in their routine activities
• Providing company documentation, which were discussed in regular monthly meetings with each client such as; HSEMS Plan, Machinery and equipment Handling Safety Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Plan etc. pertaining to the client requirements in the role of a safety consultant.
