* Manage and direct the project coordination team to meet the projects’ plan
* Manage and follow up on the technical and financial progress of about more than
15 projects per month.
* Review and approve the project plan, method statement and resources plan.
* Create the monthly fabrication plan according to the projects’ needs.
* Review and approve the budget of the projects, and monitor the cash flow of the
project.
* Handle the customers’ kickoff meetings.
* Assist the Sales team during the study of the quotation.
* Responsible of the implementation and execution of the STRUMIS program.
* Maintain regular contact with operational managers and external contractors to
define the scope of projects and the resulting implementation plans.
* Define, in consultation with operational managers, the benefits, costs, key result
areas and success criteria for defined projects.
* Define project stages and the objectives and costs associated with each stage.
* Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives
and negotiate the release of these resources with operational managers.
* Assess the impact of any one project on other concurrent projects and allocate
resources as necessary to achieve the optimum results.
* Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular
attention to deviations from the original project plan.
* Maintain and update the project plan.
* Direct and control the project team to ensure that they achieve their objectives
and that the best possible use is made of available staff resources.
* Review all projects and modify performance measures as necessary

* Quantity survey for steel works according to drawings and BOQ.
* Price estimation according to specs and client demands.
* Participating in creating work system for the department.
* Reviewing the shop drawings before passing it to the production.
* Making part lists for the production.
* Generating cutting list and layouts.
