-Performed multiple medical procedure like NG tube, paracentesis, pleural tape, chest tube, I.V cannulation and urinary catheterization under
observation of senior registrar.
-Admitted patients to hospital under the supervision of the specialist and ensured that full admission
documentation (full history and physical examination, Admission note and initial integrated plan) are recorded.
-Monitored patients at clinical ward and ICU with regular checks of their vitals and overall condition as well as updating the patient's charts.
-Discharged patients after recovery with clear instructions and appointments for the referral clinic.
-Carried out the duties according to the department specific job description or
statement of roles.
